ICON Corporate Finance has expanded with a new location in San Francisco in addition to its UK offices in London and Bristol.

Ben Kolada, former vice-president for big data investment banking at Catapult Advisors, has been recruited to lead the operation in the US as head of tech investment banking. He spoke to Corporate Financier's editor Marc Mullen about the opportunities that await.
