ICON has advised leading digital workspace software provider Workspace 365 on its strategic partnership with cloud software group, Aries Global, as it targets accelerated international growth.

Founded in the Netherlands in 2010, Workspace 365 is trusted by more than 2,300 organisations to help employees achieve ultimate work focus through the simplification of their digital environment.

The all-in-one, highly flexible and adaptive SaaS platform provides employees with personalised access to all relevant applications, company information and private documents, through a secure and intuitive single-sign-in view.

Aries Global was founded by technology growth investor, Michael Mitterlehner, and former Snowflake executive, Thibaut Ceyrolle. The Group scales some of the world’s most successful technology companies within the over $50 billion cloud marketplace ecosystem.

Aries Global has acquired shares previously held by Value Creation Capital and Oost NL.

Workspace 365 joins Aries’ coalition of founder-owned software companies in the Vertical Business Applications, Modern Work and Data & AI sectors.

This alignment of products and services, combined with both firms’ international growth aspirations, made Aries the ideal partner for Workspace 365, which aims to capitalise further on the substantial opportunity in the fast-growing global digital workplace marketplace.
