ICON advises owners of Insurance2go on its sale to French-headquartered SPB Group

The owners of the Insurance2go and Better Buy Insurance brands have been acquired by SPB Group, a European leader in lifestyle insurance and services with presence across 17 countries.

Insurance2go and Better Buy Insurance are among the UK's largest providers of online insurance and the acquisition enhances SPB's presence within the UK mobile phone insurance marketplace.

There are currently no plans to make any changes to the Insurance2Go and Better Buy brands, and the company will continue to be managed by its founders, Duncan Spencer and Gary Beeston.
