ICON has successfully advised on the sale of RSe Consulting to the Tribal Group.

RSe Consulting was formed in 2001 and has rapidly established itself as a leading strategy consultancy to English Local Government. It’s customers include over 150 local authorities as well as all the central agencies that deal with local government.

The company has market leading expertise in business process improvement which helps improve the quality and value for money of essential public services. As part of Tribal, RSe will have greater access to major contract opportunities and be able to offer clients a broader range of expertise and services.

The acquisition by Tribal is a key step in their expansion plans, RSe enhances and complements Tribal’s consulting practice, strengthening its integrated offering to both public and private sectors.

Tribal Group provides a range of consulting, support and delivery services to over 2,500 public service organizations, including schools, colleges and universities; the NHS and primary care trusts; local authorities and housing associations; central government departments and government agencies; and third sector organizations.
