ICON has advised flexis, a leader in manufacturing and supply chain planning technology, on its acquisition by Blue Yonder, a leading supply chain solutions provider.
Headquartered in Stuttgart, Germany, flexis offers a flexible, innovative software solution specialising in production optimisation and transportation planning and execution.
With a tier 1 customer base in the automotive and industrial sectors, flexis strengthens Blue Yonder’s capabilities to help companies plan and optimise their complex production facilities and network structures.
