Florian Depner

Director

Florian has 10 years of investment banking experience and has extensive experience in cross-border and transatlantic M&A transactions. He has a passion for technology companies and advises businesses in enterprise software, cybersecurity, FinTech and (managed) IT services sector.

Previously, Florian worked for technology M&A specialist Mooreland Partners. He did Equity research at Société General and private capital fundraisings for entrepreneur-owned and private equity-backed technology businesses.

Florian's recent transactions include: the sale of connectivity specialist Custom Connect to GTT; the sale of CPM/BI software provider Prevero to Unit4; and the acquisition of cybersecurity expert Secure Link by Investcorp.

Florian graduated with a master’s degree in economics from the University of Munich.
