Charlie Rayner

In his role at ICON, Charlie supports M&A and fundraising transactions across sectors including Enterprise Software, HealthTech, and FinTech.

Before joining ICON, Charlie supported the founders of a Paris-based EdTech scale-up in originating and executing multiple bolt-on acquisitions, as well as managing fundraising efforts. He also held various roles in venture capital and corporate finance.

Charlie holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Cardiff.

Outside of work, Charlie is a keen sportsman and a Tottenham Hostspur season ticket holder.
